Founding Ideals

Established in 2017 with the mission to revolutionize the legal profession's narrative. Recognizing the growing demand for solution-focused and client-centered representation, she envisioned building a practice rooted in emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. To uphold the highest ethical standards, our firm operates on the foundation of the four cardinal virtues: Justice, Prudence, Fortitude, and Temperance.

Chlovelle Arco, Paralegal

Chlovelle Arco is a Paralegal at Lighthouse Family Law, bringing four years of customer-oriented experience dedicated to meeting client needs. With a focus on Customer Service Management, she excels in clear communication and maintains a positive attitude in all interactions. Chlovelle applies her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Carlos to foster a supportive team environment and enhance client relationships. Before joining Lighthouse Family Law, she earned recognition as a resort manager at Beatriz Rafaela Resort for her success in boosting sales. Outside of work, Chlovelle enjoys spending her free time surfing and diving at the beach.

Justice Scale

Danica Buyser, Case Manager

Danica, a native Filipina with a degree in Airline Management from Indiana Aerospace University, transitioned from aviation to law after working as a Passenger Service Agent and Flight Attendant. Her experience in customer service now enhances her role as Case Manager Paralegal at Lighthouse Family Law. Starting as a legal assistant, she earned her promotion through hard work and initiative. Danica ensures clients are updated and their cases progress smoothly, maintaining strong, client-centered relationships.

Ilene Norton, Firm Administrator

8+ years of combined customer service/human resource experience helping clients in various aspects. Focusing on Human Resource Management, Ilene uses that experience to help manage the team in order to provide the best experience for clients.  bachelor’s degree she earned at Columbia Southern University 

When she’s not at Bowen Law Firm, Ilene enjoys the challenge of an escape room with her husband and loves spending time with her son watching movies or playing board games.”
